This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking cookies and loads no advertising or social media scripts. There is nothing to consent to, because nothing is following you around.
What follows is the detail: the little data we do handle, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
When you pick a language in the selector, the choice is saved in your browser local storage so the site remembers it next time. It never leaves your device and it never reaches us. It is not a cookie and it identifies nobody.
Signing up for the beta means filling in a form hosted by Google Forms. You give us your name, email address, the DAW you work in and your operating system. We use it to send you builds, to know which platforms to test against, and to tell you when there is a new version. The legal basis is your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by asking us to remove you.
If you email us we keep the message and your address for as long as it takes to deal with it, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case the conversation continues. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub records the IP addresses of incoming requests for security and abuse prevention. We do not have access to those logs and we cannot query them. The legal basis is legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.
When paid products become available, checkout will be handled by our payment provider, who acts as the seller of record. They collect and process your payment details directly. We never see, receive or store your card number. What reaches us is the order itself: name, email address, country and what was bought, which we need in order to deliver the product and honour the licence. The legal basis is performance of the contract between us.
We keep the list of third parties as short as we can. These are all of them:

We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising. Some of these providers are based in the United States, so your data may be transferred there under the European Commission standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
Beta tester details: until you ask to be removed, or until the beta programme ends. Email correspondence: up to two years after the last message. Purchase records: as long as Spanish tax law requires us to keep them, which is currently six years.
Under the GDPR you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop processing it altogether. You can also withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it.
To exercise any of this, write to us. We answer within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Espanola de Proteccion de Datos, at www.aepd.es.
Our products are not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your email address, we tell you directly.
