Terms & Licence

Last updated: 22 August 2026

The short version: the plugin is yours to use on your own machines, on any music you make, commercial or not, forever. What you cannot do is pass it on to someone else. Everything below is that idea, written out properly.

Who you are dealing with

ODDSIGNAL AUDIO

Barcelona, Spain

oddsignalaudio@gmail.com

Referred to below as we or us. By downloading, installing or using our software, or by buying from this site, you accept these terms.

What the licence gives you

When you obtain one of our plugins, whether free or paid, we grant you a personal, worldwide, non-exclusive licence that does not expire, allowing you to:

  • Install and use the plugin on every computer you personally own.
  • Use it on any audio work you produce, including commercial releases, with no royalty and no credit required.
  • Keep using the version you have for as long as you like, even if we stop selling it.

The licence is for you. If you work in a studio where other people use the same machine, that is fine. Buying one licence for a team who each work on their own machines is not.

What the licence does not allow

  • Sharing, reselling, renting, sublicensing or giving away the plugin, the installer or your licence key.
  • Uploading the files anywhere others can download them.
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software, except where the law of your country expressly says you may.
  • Removing or altering copyright notices, branding or the licensing mechanism.
  • Passing the plugin off as your own, or building a competing product out of it.

We own the software, the algorithms behind it, the interface, the presets, the name and the branding. Buying a licence does not transfer any of that to you.

Beta and pre-release versions

If we give you access to a beta or a pre-release build, remember it is unfinished by definition: it may be unstable, it may behave differently from the final release, and it may stop working when the beta period ends. Do not build a deadline around one. Use it on real projects at your own risk, and keep your sessions backed up.

Buying

Paid purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the seller of record. That means your contract of sale is with them, they charge you, they issue the invoice and they handle the tax for your country. Their terms apply to the transaction itself, alongside the licence terms on this page, which govern how you may use the software.

Prices are shown in the currency of the checkout. Depending on where you live, VAT or a local sales tax may be added at the final step. Delivery is by email, immediately after payment clears, and includes the download and the licence key where the product uses one.

Refunds are covered on our separate refund policy page.

Compatibility

We list the systems, formats and host applications each plugin supports, and we test against them. Digital audio workstations are many and they are all different, so we cannot promise a plugin will run correctly in every possible combination of host, operating system and hardware. If you are not sure whether a plugin will run in your setup, ask us before you buy and we will tell you what we know.

Updates and support

Bug fixes and minor updates within a major version are free. A future major version may be a paid upgrade, and if so we will say that plainly before you buy. We do not commit to supporting any given operating system or plugin format forever.

Support is by email, from a small independent company. We answer everything, we just do not answer instantly.

What we do not guarantee

The software is provided as it is. Within the limits the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for lost work, lost recordings, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damage arising from its use. Where we are found liable regardless, our liability is capped at the amount you paid for the product.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country where you live. If a clause here conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Ending the licence

The licence ends if you break these terms in a serious way, in which case you must stop using the software and remove it from your machines. Music you already released while properly licensed stays yours, and nothing here affects it.

Changes

We may update these terms, and the date at the top will change when we do. The version in force for a purchase is the one published on the day you bought.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you bought as a consumer, you may bring a claim in the courts of the country where you live, and you can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
